For the purposes of this Disclaimer, any website and related Internet content on which any service, information or data relating to any member of Raiffeisen Group appears shall be deemed to be a Raiffeisen Group website, regardless of the person operating the website.

The names, logos, graphics, prospectuses, analyses and other information materials, as well as any downloadable documents available in the Raiffeisen Group websites are under trademark and copyright protection. In order to protect your data regarded as bank secrets, you may only use the Bank’s secure channels to make transactions, take care of administrative matters, or ask questions about the services you have used. From the contact methods set out in this menu, please choose the one that best suits your needs.

Any information, ideas or concepts communicated to Raiffeisen Group through the Website, or using the e-mail address indicated on the Website, or through any other channels of the Bank shall become the property of Raiffeisen Group and may be freely used by Raiffeisen Group going forward.

You may visit the Website without providing any personal data and learn about the products and services of the Bank and its subsidiaries. If you provide personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number) through the Website or by using any of Raiffeisen Group’s communication channels, you consent to Raiffeisen Group processing your data for the purposes for which the data are provided, in accordance with the law. Providing data is voluntary. At your request, Raiffeisen Group will provide you with information about the data it processes, and you may at any time request the rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability of your data, or object to the processing of the data.

Raiffeisen Group shall not be held liable for any damages arising in respect of the Website, as a result of its use, inability to use, malfunction, failure, partial or total unavailability, or as a consequence of line or system error, any virus carried by the Website, or unauthorised alteration of the data by anyone, or the inappropriateness of links to third party sites or URLs on Raiffeisen Group’s Website, or arising from any other similar cause. Furthermore, Raiffeisen Group shall not be held liable for technical disruptions such as server failures, malfunctions or failures of telecommunication connections, and other similar events. Please note that Raiffeisen Group does not request any personal identification code, security identifier (e.g. PIN, TPIN) or card details from visitors to the Website. Raiffeisen Group shall not be liable for any damages arising from the provision of such information. Never use the Internet banking platform through a link received in e-mail or through the social media. It is important to always manually type in the address of the Internet banking website, even if the link appears to come from a trusted site.

The information and data published by Raiffeisen Group on the Website are for information purposes only, do not constitute an offer, and are intended only to attract attention and provide basic information. 4. Communication via electronic channels

Please note that the transmission of information by fax/e-mail may entail risks, as the data and information transmitted in this way, including data that would otherwise be considered trade secrets/bank secrets/insurance/securities secrets, may become known to unauthorised third parties.

Raiffeisen Group transmits information through these non-secure channels solely on the basis of an agreement or established business practice with the customer, and shall not be held liable for the accuracy or completeness of the transmission, nor for any delay or interruption of the transmission, nor for any damage resulting from the unauthorised use of the information by unauthorised persons, unless the damage is due to the fault of the Raiffeisen Group member sending the information.

Information contained in fax or e-mail messages is confidential and legally protected. If you are not the addressee of a message received in this way from Raiffeisen Group, any disclosure and use of the information contained therein, in particular the publication, reproduction, copying, distribution or other dissemination or use of the information, is strictly prohibited. If you have received a fax, SMS or e-mail (or any other) message in error, please notify Raiffeisen Group immediately using any of our communication channels, and destroy the message at the same time.
